Delete Your Account

Option 1 — Delete it yourself (immediate)

1. Sign in to Heavenly Insight in the app or at heavenlyinsight.com.
2. Open Settings.
3. In the Account section, tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Option 2 — Ask us to delete it

If you can’t sign in or no longer have the app, email info@positivevibrations.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my Heavenly Insight account”. We’ll confirm and delete your account and data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile (name, email address, birth date)
• All saved birth charts and chart notes
• Tarot and rune reading history
• Cycle tracker entries (health data)
• Reviews and feedback you have written
• Visit records linked to your account

What we keep, and for how long

• Payment records for Premium subscriptions are kept by our payment processor (Stripe) as required by tax and accounting law, typically up to 7 years. They contain no chart or reading data.
• Deleting your account also cancels an active Premium subscription bought on our website. Subscriptions bought through Apple or Google must be cancelled in your App Store or Google Play settings.
