  • A 3-day free trial is available; you may cancel during the trial at no charge.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds are handled per the applicable store's policy and consumer law; contact us at info@positivevibrations.com for billing issues.

The Service, including its design, code, content, and branding, is owned by Positive Vibrations Web Design and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Service without permission. User-generated content (saved charts, notes) remains yours.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Positive Vibrations Web Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with the GDPR.
